Swiss guarantee the labour for a year if the vehicle is returned to Bridgend where our workshop is, with the original buyer. 



Most common faults on Pioneer 2017 so far.

• Faulty iphone lead.Ancient Chinese saying. "man who buys the two for a pound iphone leads off eBay buys twice"  The biggest case of faults on Pioneer isn't the unit but the cheap leads. A lead may well be ok for charging a phone but some simply will not work as data is being transmitted. Buy a genuine iphone lead and this solves 90% of Pioneer issues 
• Bluemotion. Many vehicles from 2017 have stop start technology. New Pioneer come with a small capacitor that should allow the unit to remain on for about three minutes in stop start traffic.
  Otherwise 
  It takes about 15 minutes to fully charge this unit so in theory its quite possible to have a unit that switches off, if for example you are repeatedly taking short trips the capacitor will never fully charge.
