Cancel Your Direct Debit

When you PX a van and there is a settlement figure 

Make sure you cancel the direct debit 
Tell the finance company what you are doing 


The finance company 9/10 will not take any action after you have told them 
and keep taking the payments 
If this is a final payment it could be a very large DD


If you have forgotten to cancel the DD but have informed the finance company then contact your bank and invoke 
the Direct Debit Guarantee and the funds should be with you in a day
