Delivery Mileage

All our vans start off with roughly 10 miles on the clock.
Some customers complain that the milage  is a lot higher and ask us why.

• When we deliver the van to you the mileage increases due to driving on the road.
  Thus if you live further away from us then the mileage will be higher 
  e.g
  if we deliver a van from Stratford Upon Avon 
  - To Birmingham 30 miles 
  - To Aberdeen an extra 457 miles 
• When its a complicated customised van that has had to come to Swiss HQ for fits.
  Since the van will have two deliveries the mileage of course will be greater.
  We would much rather you collect the van from us if its having work down at Swiss HQ
  as it keeps down costs and mileage. 
• When the van is dealer transferred in. Some vans are physically with dealers rather than 
  at compounds especially if its pre registered or one of the last types in the country.
  The van will have the milage of the dealer transfer plus the onward delivery to you.
  Its feasible that there could even be three deliveries if the van has been dealer transferred 
  and then shipped to Swiss HQ
