Our reviews are good as we try very hard to be fair and look after customers especially after they have bought a vehicle from us.
There is even a ticket system on this page to allow us to help you in case we are closed.
Under no circumstances email an issue to us as many emails are filtered out by SPAM filters.
Sadly we have a very very small minority who try and blackmail us after purchase. The phenomenon doesn't only affect Swiss Vans but hundreds of small and large shops, businesses and retailers over the world .
We will not negotiate or enter discussions with customers who make unreasonable demands or conduct in blackmail and review extortion.
We have legal insurance that covers this extortion and will pursue for damages where we feel his has unjustly caused us a loss.
We are fair and happy to help in any way we can but not here to abused by a small minority.
Examples
- Threatening to leave bad reviews if we don't pay them, pay for warranty items that are not covered or out of date. This would include things like blaming us for tyres wearing out or their local dealer not being able book them in for a month for warranty work as they are busy.
- Making unreasonable demands such as "pay me for a days work" or I will leave X number of bad reviews
- Threatening to leave false reviews by third parties or by alias or fake accounts
Some of these actions are very much dealt with by criminal law in the UK and as such we are within our rights to report such behaviour especially where goods or more are requested
