As part of "Treating Customers Fairly" we operate a Price Protection Guarantee. Since 2015 Brexit suppliers have warned us that they can no longer price protect vehicles, accessories nor finance rates.
- Our Price Protection Guarantee
- Should a manufacture raise the price on your vehicle we will give you the option of accepting the price rise or cancelling. See TC Here
- You will need to send us written confirmation of your cancellation. An email is fine and should mention the manufactures price rise if that is the case.
Once this is done we will refund you your deposit. - The vehicle will be offered to other customers but in almost every case the vehicle will be even more expensive than when it was offered to you. This is because the manufacturer will often reconsign it at a new price. The process is pretty instant.
- Once a vehicle is cancelled should you return its very unlikely that we will be able to get it for the price that was offered to you. You will be faced with the newly reconsigned price thats offered to everyone.
The price rise goes straight to the Manufacturer - We expect some vans to increase by as much as 20% in 2022 - 2024 which for many will make them prohibitory expensive.
- This is almost certainly nothing to do with Brexit or anything else but more due to the government fining Vehicle Manufactures for not selling enough electric vehicles. It will be hard to find a diesel van for sale after 2026 apart from at tremendous cost. Its takes a fraction of the time to produce an electric vehicle over a diesel.
There are also bonuses names Regulatory Credits. Some get very few. Tesla gets an awful lot and these are paid by Governments around the world. As you guessed it this based on the proportion of electric vehicles sold. - We are finding that new fresh orders at higher prices are getting faster build dates than vehicles that have been on order for 12 months plus.
Complain to the right person- We will not tolerate abuse to our account managers as this is obviously beyond our control by Global Players.
