Warranty Deposits On Alloy Wheels

The alloy wheels we fit are guaranteed for either 12 months or in some cases longer if you register. 
Up to 24 to 48 months but only if you register the product with the manufacturer. We cannot do this for you. All alloy wheels are dealt with by the individual alloy wheel companies not Swiss Vans as its faster. 

Where a claim is made for alloys wheels the company will always ask for the old wheels back.
YOU CANNOT KEEP THE OLD WHEELS!
Either 
1. Send back your old alloy wheels. (yes your vehicle will be wheel less while you wait for the replacement alloys
2. Pay the alloy wheel company a deposit and they will refund you this once you have returned the alloy wheels. Deposits are typically £400 to £1000 depending on the style of alloy wheel. Swiss Vans CANNOT pay the deposit for you!

Sadly there isn't any alloy wheel company that allow you to visit and do a changeover on the spot while you wait.
The reason companies ask for deposits is due to fraud and customers keeping the old wheels and claiming lost in post or not their issue.
